Welcome to Sunset Reef, a charming beachfront coastal community in beautiful Redington Shores! One hundred steps from the beach, this stunning townhome offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 attached tuck-under garage (or yoga studio or office), plus one assigned parking spot. All three bedrooms are on one level. Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable, Water and Waste removal all included. Beach umbrellas too :) !

The condo is spacious and accommodating. My husband was able to work remotely while my teenage granddaughter and her friend had plenty of room in the beautiful guest bedroom. The closets and dressers and chest of drawers are enormous. There is so much space for anything you bring, and we bring a lot. We kept all shoes, beach bags, coolers in the garage including a very large beach mat, and still had plenty of space. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the master bed is beyond comfortable. I spent a lot of time on the porch in the mornings and late at night. The property is beautiful. Everything you need - go out through the garage to wheel your stuff to the beach, go out through the courtyard to the pool or watch sunset at many tables and benches provided. I walk a lot and discovered that I am a 5 mile walk to John’s Pass, and a 4.5 walk to Indian Rocks Beach. It is a 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and a 15 minute drive to St. Pete Beach. This is the place you want to stay! Never had any problems with anything in the condo not working. Homeowners are friendly and helpful, and the beach and sunsets are beautiful. Hosts are beyond amazing! Oh, and check out Coconut Charlie’s at the Double Tree a mile down the beach - great tiki bar, and food. We watched a wedding on the beach there last night. Everything is just awesome, and I feel so blessed that we found this gem.

We stayed the two months of February and March 2025. We enjoyed being able to go for walks on the beach without having to cross any roads. The neighbours were very friendly. The unit is standard with stairs going to the main area and stairs to the bedrooms. It has one indoor plus one outdoor parking that is tight to get into and out of but it is manageable. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful to our needs. Although there was painting of the exterior, the disruption was minimal. Also, the heated pool was not available as the barrier fence had yet to be installed but this should not be a problem for future tenants. Overall an enjoyable experience.
