Several dining options are in walking distance, or perhaps you prefer a serene stroll to the sea birds sanctuary a few minutes down the beach. The condo is fully furnished with a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa. One full bath room with bath/shower is in the bedroom suite with an additional half bathroom off of the living area. There is a full kitchen and separate dining table. The main room has seating for 6 with cable tv, a DVD player, and wifi. The dining table seats 4 with 2 additional folding chairs stored for guests.
No pets are allowed and only long term renters, to keep the grounds more quiet and private. The parking garage curb vehicle weight limit is 4700 pounds with a covered parking space. The grounds are gated with a 24 hour guard. There is a washer and dryer unit on each floor of the building. Water, electric, wifi and cable are included.
