This completely renovated villa is located in the heart of authentic 'garrigue' wood and wineyards. 1 km from village. A lot of paths to walk, bike. River Cèze for swimming or canoeing. Ardèche river 15 kms for canoeing too. Between Pont St Esprit and Bagnols sur Cèze in Provence gardoise. Very quiet. Provencal markets, visits and activities, gastronomy, a lot of cellars to taste wine, medieval villages all around... Touristical brochures will be available for you.
4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WC, kitchen, dining room and salon, covered terrace and outdoor terrace with barbecue. Private swimming pool 9 X 4,5. Swimming pool entirely closed with a fence since 2015. Garden amidst provencal country.
Shops, 1km, in village : bakery, grocery, pizza, pharmacy, doctor. Large cities of Bagnols sur Cèze (3 kms) and Pont St Esprit (6 kms) with all commodities, shops and hypermarkets.
Avignon, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes to visit, “route des vins” with tasting, perfumes and colors of our «marchés de Provence” in Pont Saint Esprit or Bagnols sur Cèze at 5 minutes. Medieval hill top villages like La Roque, or Val de Cèze ones like Goudargues.

We've had a wonderful stay. The location and swimmingpool are great! José, the owner of the property, keeps the pool nice and clean early in the morning. He lives right next door but doesn't bother his guests at all. The house is alright, I've seen them cleaner and prettier, but everything you need is there and it's quite spacious. Having a washing machine there and plenty of clothes lines outside is very handy! The airconditioning works fine, too bad that the downstairs bedrooms don't have individual aircons, but if you leave the main one on all day, it's still nice and cool during the night. The beds are quite firm but some people like that. We think the boiler only comes on during the night, there's definitely not enough warm water for a warm shower for everybody (7 people). I'm sure we could have asked José to change the settings, but he doesn't speak a word of English or Dutch, so we didn't bother. After all, it was hot enough during August, a cold shower was quite refreshing;-) José is friendly and helpful, we communicated with Google Translate. All the shops you need are nearby, only a 10 minute drive for main supermarkets, bakery, butcher etc. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Stayed with family of 7 adults and a dog . The area was beautiful, very rural with lovely views . The house was clean and well stocked , with plenty of equipment and linen. The pool was just right fenced for safety, which would be good with children. The owner was very friendly and met us on arrival. We had a lovely holiday . Thankyou

The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and with lots of options to sit together (inside and outside). The landlords are very friendly and very responsive in case of any questions or asks. The pool is kept extremely clean and well equipped by the owner. The garden is beautiful, and there are many activities in close proximity to the location (hiking trails, caves, canoe, swimming spots,...), only a few minutes away by car. The kids loved the freedom to stroll around the property and its immediate surroundings. Perfect for relaxing, yet being active. Thanks for the wonderful vacation - we will be back for sure!

The house was exactly as described, and the layout suited us perfectly. It's well situated to enjoy the many activities in the area, and the air conditioning was a real bonus after a hot day in the sun. José kindly left some welcome gifts of fruit, wine and eggs, which were much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect. Jose and his wife life just behind the property were lovely and very helpful with everything. Because of the way the villa is angled you wouldnt know there was another house close by and so you have total privacy. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The gardens and pool area were perfect as was the view over the hills from many angles. I like to walk a lot and each morning set off into the hills directly from the villa, you can go on easily marked trails for miles in stunning countryside. If i had one very small niggle it that the village itself doesn't have a shop, there is bakery but that was open on one day of the 7 we were there. So be prepared to get in a car if you need anything. Don't let that put you off though, the place was perfect! Many thanks to Jose for letting us stay in their amazing villa :)

Beautiful location for a quiet stay in the south of France

My family had a great time at this beautiful house. The location is very quiet: the owners are located behind the house a little further up the hill, so we had uninterrupted views over a valley and vineyard. The house was comfortable for us with a sunroom that the kids played in, and was nice and warm even late in the evening, a large L-shaped living room and comfortable kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking whatever you like. The bedrooms are located in the back, and I imagine that they stay quite cool even in summer. There is a lovely outside kitchen/BBQ area with patio where we enjoyed several of our meals. The pool is also very well kept and the kids loved it. The house was very clean,. The owners also had kitchen basics such as herbs, oil, eggs and flour available for us to use. Since we arrived the evening before a public holiday in France, they were so kind to provide some groceries for breakfast and lunch on the first day in case there were no supermarkets open. The owners were very friendly, and we even enjoyed afternoon drinks with one day them towards the end of our stay, even though my husband and I do not speak all that much French. We all had a great time and would love to return.

Belle maison très confortable et entièrement équipée. Rien ne manque. Magnifique piscine et cadre verdoyant, au calme, en pleine nature. Propriétaire très accueillant et à proximité mais en toute discrétion. Entretien impeccable de la piscine et du jardin environnant. Belle région avec beaucoup de sites à visiter à moins d'une heure de route. A la fin du séjour, une seule envie... revenir l'année suivante !

Bel endroit, maison isolée dans la pinède mais qui reste à proximité de toutes commodites. Maison qui a une quarantaine d’années mais fonctionnelle. Belle piscine et terrasse à proximité ombragée où nous avons passé de belles soirées. Au delà de la maison nous avons été surpris par le nombres de visites et activités à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, nous avons regretté de faire leur connaissance à la fi’ du séjour Belles vacances !

Pas une fausse note! Un grand merci à José et sa femme qui nous ont réservés un accueil discret mais efficace dans leur magnifique "Combe du Baron". Tous deux sont charmants et ont toujours été de bon conseil pour nous aider à profiter au mieux de notre moment de vacances. La villa s'est avérée idéale et a répondue à toutes nos attentes pour une famille de 4 personnes en plus de 4 amis qui nous ont rendu visite pour la fin du séjour. Maison climatisée, piscine, cuisine et BBQ extérieurs, terrain de pétanques, table de ping-pong... Tout est là pour passer un bon moment. Et la région! Descente en canoe, visite des grottes, marché dans de sublimes villages... Comme promis, on se reverra!

Séjour Parfait! La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Clim très appréciable! Il y a tout ce qu il faut, il ne manque rien, juste la plancha qui mériterait d être un peu plus grande (nous etions 9). La piscine est très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil très sympathique!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande maison, très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un bel écrin de verdure et bercée par le chant des cigales. Mr et Mme Ornia sont des gens charmants, très chaleureux et attentifs au confort de leurs invités. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location ! Note : la proximité de plusieurs marchés locaux est un plus appréciable.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage, umgeben von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles was im Haushalt benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und ebenfalls gepflegt, wir haben den Pool und die Grillstelle ausgiebig genutzt. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen, er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von ihm haben wir gute Tips erhalten, für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Erik

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in Saint-Nazaire verbracht. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne unt interessante Ausflugsziele für die ganze Familie. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und komplett eingerichtet. Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert. Besten Dank.

Die Überschrift sagt es schon: Wohlfühlen ist angesagt. Die Gesamtanlage des großzügigen Grundstücks - besonders in der Nähe des Hauses - ist wunderschön gelungen. Die einsame Lage - mit unserem Vermieter als sehr, sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Gastgeber nebenan - ein Wenig paradiesisch. Die Ausstattung wirklich komplett - eigentlich hätten wir nichts an Küchenzubehör mitbringen müssen. Großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Induktionsherd: die Einkäufe in den Märkten (3-4 km) finden Platz oder ihren Weg. Pool mit Liegen genau richtig. 4 Sätze Kugeln für Pétanque vor Ort (neben dem Haus). Toller, gemauerter Grill mit dem von einer Baumkrone überdachten Sitzplan daneben sehr einladend. Gemütliche Abende sind gesichert. Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern lassen geflügelte Freunde draußen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist vom Typ Kaffeepads. Gerne wieder! Volltreffer!
