About this house rental
House 4 to 12 people, near the Ardèche Gorges, it is built of local stone (1896) and located in Can, charming village between Vallon Pont d'Arc and St. Martin d'Ardeche. Panoramic terrace of 25 m2, overlooking the vineyards, lavender and to Mont Ventoux.
Without vis-à-vis it is ideal for family holidays or friends. Calm and rest assured, you leave the house and you are in the fields of lavender, small bike path, bowling. Possible hikes from the house.
Not feel like cooking, the Pays de la Farigoule bistro 100 meters of the house will welcome you.
Spacious, it is divided into three parts
• Ground floor, kitchen with all mod cons, cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, toaster and all equipment necessary to treat a large number of guests.
• partly covered terrace equipped with benches, a large dining table, a round table, a gas grill, a griddle. Enjoy in breakfast to dinner and my guests say it is the "piece" the most enjoyable of the house. It is decorated with various plants and varied
• Large living room, fireplace, sofa, coffee table, large dining table, an old piece of furniture that contains Ardéchois dishes, table linens, TV.
• Library available many quality books, desk and internet access (WiFi)
• Large bathroom, large shower, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer.
• 1st floor 2 bedrooms - each with 1 double bed = 4 people
• 2nd floor: 1 Very large bedrooms 2 double beds = 2 or 4 people
1 bedroom with two single beds = 2 persons
• Possibility of placing 12 (2 extra mattresses available)
In South Ardèche, everyone can find the holiday that please him. You have a spirit of adventure: descent of the river canoeing-kayaking, mountain biking, horse trekking or hiking.
