About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 120 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Saint-Laurent-la-Vernède to rent for up to 10 people.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 850 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 4x8m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to October. Depth from 1m50 to 2m.
- 850 m² of enclosed, private, south-facing grounds with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-la-Vernède, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (three vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes, 55 km away
