About this farm stay rental
10 minutes drive from Uzès, in the charming village of Collias, is this atypical farmhouse. This house is ideal for several people to get together, while each one has his own independence.
The first house is composed on the ground floor of a small living room, a first shower room with sink and toilet and a bedroom for 2 persons. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms in a row with toilet and sink. The second house, consists of a bedroom for 2 persons with its own shower room, sink and toilet.
With a separate entrance on the first floor, you will find a large living room with a shower room, sink and toilet. A mezzanine with a bed for 2 persons. A third house serving as a fully equipped kitchen / dining room. A pleasant terrace above gives a view on the village.
In the center is a gravel garden protected by a beautiful white mulberry tree protecting us from the heat.
The river "Le Gardon" is at 5 minutes walk from the house. Possibility of canoeing, climbing, petanque, horse riding etc. Bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop as well as several restaurants are located in the village, 2 minutes walk from the house!
Possibility to rent :
- A house for 1 to 6 persons (see 7) + kitchen
- Two houses of 10 persons maximum + kitchen
Cleaning costs to be paid in addition on the spot:
- 1 to 6 persons = 150 euros
- 6 and 10 people = 200 euros
Laundry including sheets and towels to be paid extra on the spot :
- 15 euros per person
