Stone terraced house restored in 2015 and converted on 2 levels, in a shaded, flowery and closed overlooking the river Lot (fishing spot).
Located 200 m from the village and 6 km from the sailing of Caïx (canoes ...), the vineyards, 30 minutes from Cahors and Chateau de Bonaguil.
6 marked hiking trails from the lodging.
Ground floor: kitchen with windows overlooking the stone patio and built barbecue, living room with lounge and fireplace, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 - 1 room with 2 beds in alcove 90-2 independent bathrooms with shower - separate toilet.
Equipment small children: baby bath, high chair, cot.
Ping pong.
Open all year round, heated in winter.
Weekly rates from 300 € to 600 € - Rates € 90 weekend. (Heating will be extra.)
Rates may be modulated outside the summer period based on the number of people.

The house was exactly as described, its in a lovely part of the Lot valley right next to the river. There is a beach on the river just opposite accessible via a nearby bridge. There are numerous small towns in the vicinity with lots to do and a market almost every day.
The house is spacious and very well equipped and has a lovely outdoor seating area and private parking. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very nice and cosy ‘gîte’: enough space, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. And although it was very hot outside , the inside temperature was pleasant. The owners are friendly and discrete. The garden is excellent, we always had our meals outside , and our dog also liked the garden! We loved our stay in Albas, we highly recommend this accommodation!

Propre, coquet, près du Lot (qui fait du bruit..) il est situé dans un site agréable Albas. Beaucoup de possibilités de ballades, de découvertes..Il manque l'accès à un internet facile (et difficilement contournable quand on veut réserver pour les visites dans le coin!!)
Le mobilier est succinct (manque du rangement dans une chambre) et si la cuisine est bien équipée, les ustensiles ne sont pas pléthore.
L' accueil a été "léger". le premier jour la propriétaire est venue forcément...mais durant le séjour pas un mot pour voir si tout allait bien !
Mais la terrasse et le jardin sont super!!
Bonnes découvertes à toutes et à tous et n'oubliez pas : les ponts sur le Lot, son vignoble, ses grottes, ses petites bourgades, sa campagne et sa gastronomie....
