House / Villa - SAINT MARTIAL DE NABIRAT

Parfait! The owner and his family, especially his daughter-in-law Nathalie who speaks some English, were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and they were a great help to us on numerous occasions during our long stay. Upon arrival, we found lovely welcome gifts, and the house was spotless and exactly as described. The property is fully fenced, which was ideal for our two dogs. The house is also located just a short walk from a small village with a bakery, post office, and two restaurants (note that their opening hours are very limited in winter). The house was well-equipped with provisions, furniture, heating, and air conditioning. We also saw many wild animals, including foxes, deer, and numerous birds, such as hawks, woodpeckers, ducks, and the largest pigeons I have ever seen. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Maison très bien située. Le propriétaire très gentil, nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bien venu. Literies confortables. Sanitaires propres Manque de ventilation au sous sol, humidité suite à une fuite d'eau Le grand ménage serait à faire régulièrement(ouvertures, huisseries, murs poussiéreux)
