About this house rental
Semi-detached house of 50 m2, 2 bedrooms, suitable for 2 to 7 people. You have access to 4 hectares of woodland and meadows, among which you will find ping-pong table, swing, volleyball net, pétanque field, picnic table and swimming pool (open in July and August ) Which are to be shared with the other gites.
The enclosed courtyard has an electric blind, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
We are ideally located 3km from Sarlat and 4km from the beach of Vitrac.
A bus stop is just a few steps away. This one goes as far as the center of Sarlat (no nightlife).
During your stay, my team is available to give you tips for walks, outings, good gastronomic addresses. A pet-sitting service is available depending on the period.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we take care of our management of green areas to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping areas "refuges", by practicing the late mowing and excluding totally chemical weedkillers and other insecticides. As far as maintenance products are concerned, we are attentive to their composition.
