Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (14 x 7 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop "Dégagnac" 9 km. Tennis 4 km. Please note: car recommended.

This is a lovely property. Was spotlessly clean and all the equipment you need. It would benefit from a paved patio area and a path to the swimming pool. When it rained it got quite muddy.
Great location, peaceful and superb swimming pool but be warned it was very chilly.

Très bonnes vacances, la maison est réellement équipée pour 7 personnes. Nous n'avons jamais eu de location aussi propre, la piscine est grande et clôturée. Les propriétaires sont présent en cas de besoin mais pas envahissant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location
