Ancient country house dating back to the 19th century, large, spacious and quiet, with a private swimming pool and solarium overlooking the valley.
It is located in a beautiful, quiet but not isolated position, surrounded by a private park of around 14,000 sq m, a large lawn, an extraordinary flower garden and centuries-old trees, an organic vegetable garden, orchard and olive grove.
All rooms overlook the garden and are independent, from the terrace and solarium you can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding countryside to the sea.
Large outdoor spaces and shady corners equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, sofas, hammocks and a barbecue area with a large table for 16 people, give ideal comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends who want to relax together.
Ideal for day trips, the area is full of archaeological areas, museums, castles, cities of art, marine and terrestrial natural reserves, thermal baths, beaches, cliffs and nearby islands.
You will be greeted by a 'welcome' breakfast with homemade jams and sweets, oil, fresh fruit, all organic products from our countryside.

This is a lovely traditional country house surrounded by its own grounds but with other properties nearby. It is beautifully quiet (apart from cicadas) and very relaxing. The children loved the pool, which is set in its own gated area; the only downside being there is no shade near it except very early morning and late afternoon. We all immediately felt at home. Riccardo is charming and his English excellent; he was regularly in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, organised the home chef for us one day, recommended restaurants and was very quick to respond to any questions. On arrival there were eggs, butter cheese and jam, a white and red wine, bread and olive oil. The kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of plates and cutlery and there's individual aircon in each bedroom. The village is 5 minutes by car and there are two small supermarkets, an excellent pizzeria, bread shop and icecream parlour. We had a wonderful family holiday and my husband has already mentioned that he'd like to go back at a less hot time of year.

Excellent, stylish house and garden assembly and also very good location on hillside with nice neighborhood. Good position for accommodation to explore west part of Sicily.

This villa is perfect for large groups with 7 comfortable bedrooms and stunning outdoor areas for swimming, lounging and eating. Our group of 7 friends used the villa as a base for exploring western Sicily, visiting Trapani, Erice, Agrigento, Marsala, Zingara National park etc. Riccardo, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is charming and very well set up for cooking and relaxing. We will be back!
