Agriturismo Baglio Vecchio

Wonderful place to spend a night! Beautiful property and views, nice room, quiet, great dinner, lovely staff.

Nothing, all great

This was a gem of a stop on our self-guided tour of Sicily. A very big bonus. Staff were so friendly. The facilities were excellent. The room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. The dinner at the Agriturismo was above and beyond amazing! Excellent wine. The pool area was lovely with comfortable chairs. The walks on and around the property were lovely. We absolutely loved our short, but great stay.

Nothing at all.

Amazing restaurant fabulous food

A wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of busy, touristic areas. The property is slightly secluded, but for guests like us who wanted to disconnect and fully relax, this was a definite plus. The agriturismo offers everything you would hope for in terms of ambiance: a secluded, peaceful rural setting and expansive grounds. The rooms aren’t the most modern, yet their rustic character adds to the property’s charm. Breakfast had a good variety and balance of sweet and savory options. We enjoyed dinner on both nights of our stay, and each meal was exceptional — fresh, home‑style cooking that truly stood out - dare I say fine dining level and definitely worth the price! The pool area was quiet and beautifully nestled among the trees, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The property also produces its own olive oil, which was excellent and a lovely touch - we bought a few bottles to gift and enjoy back home :) Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility, great food, and an authentic agriturismo experience. It’s also pet friendly which made our stay even better as we could enjoy it with our dog.

For the relaxed vibe we wanted this holiday, the property worked perfectly for us. Guests who prefer modern rooms or a location that’s very well connected might find it less ideal — but then again, maybe an agriturismo isn’t really the right choice if that’s what you’re after.
