Das Objekt liegt in Alleinlage inmitten von Olivenbaum-Kulturen am Ende eines Stichwegs. Das in IT übliche Hundegebell und Straßenlärm gibt es nicht. Das Objekt, das Haus, der Grillbereich, der Pool mit großem Poolhaus und die Außenanlagen sind gestalterisch mit Überlegung angelegt. Das gesamte Haus lässt sich mit seinen Klimaanlagen auf erträglich Temperaturen runterkühlen. Die Schlüsselhalterin, Frau C. P, ist nett und gab uns viele Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Einkäufen und Restaurants.

Belle villa entourée d'un très beau jardin au milieu des champs d'oliviers. Véhicule indispensable. Dommage que la piscine n'ait pas été nettoyée pour notre arrivée. Niveau d'eau insuffisant ne permettant pas la filtration de l'eau, du coup piscine sale. Pas d'entretien non plus pendant notre séjour..Charges d'électricité excessives.
