Riva Sea Apartments

Great location and views of the sea and mountains. Apartment was clean and nice pool area with beautiful gardens that were well maintained. We were met on arrival by Davide who was easy to reach, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of area. Maintenance and cleaning staff were also very friendly and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable and plenty of towels for our 10 night stay. Water, bottle of wine and local biscotti were a nice welcoming touch. Good and convenient system set-up for recycling and organic waste.

Only 1 set of keys between 3 adults was inconvenient at times when not going out together. Bathroom needs a little updating, mold in shower and toilet roller holder broken/missing. Crockery didn’t fit properly in drying rack cupboard therefore kept falling over and we worried we would break somethjng. We had a little issue with ants in the downstairs bedroom however it improved with regular spraying of a deterrent that we purchased.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful views of the sea. Everything we could need was provided, including a parasol and extra towels for the pool. We found it very comfortable and relaxing.

I would say a car is necessary to get to the apartment and easily reach the main town centre. Also, the main bedroom is up a steep staircase so not great if you have mobility issues. Like most places along the coast there are mosquitos in the area so bring some insect repellent!
