About this house rental
Family oriented, newly renovated LBI home that has 3 units. Located on a quiet bay-side street with easy access from the Causeway. Me and my husband live in the main part of the house. This unit is a tiny living space that sleeps 4. This is tiny living for a couple or 2 adults and two small children. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath with outdoor dinner table, BBQ, private shower and shared laundry. Beach Badges are provided. There is another space available on property that sleeps 6 if you are traveling with another family. Must be 25 or older to rent the space. Pets are not allowed.
We are located in Ship Bottom, 6 houses from the Bay and 2 blocks from the Ocean. In walking distance we have plenty of restaurants, mini-golf, arcade, ice cream shops, toy shops and rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle-boarding.
LBI Shuttle runs up and down the Island. We have easy access on and off the Island; only 10 blocks from the Causeway.
This space is located in the Oceanside of the house. It is on street parking. We provide blanket and pillows. Please bring sheets and towels. Please bring toiletries and essentials such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. Beach badges are included.
There is key-less entry, therefore, you can check in and out on your own.

We had a wonderful stay, place was beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor seating area and the closeness of the bay for beautiful sunsets, the beach and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

The Beach Side Cove is a wonderful spot! Owners and neighbors are as nice as can be and the whole little street has a "vibe" that I've never experienced before. Can't say enough about how well we were received by the owners and help was nearby for whatever was needed. Very close to the bay for the nightly sunset. Spectacular!
