About this house rental
Well kept 3 bedroom, 1 bath ground level apartment with handicap ramp access. Fourth house from beach (about 150 feet from dunes) no boulevard crossing necessary to get to the beach! Convenient location just 7 Blocks north of the causeway and short walk to center of town for shopping & dining, and 1 block south of ball field, basketball & tennis courts as well as public boat ramp for bay access.

John, our host was very nice. Even made suggestions to visit local attractions on rainy days, which we enjoyed.The location to the beach was awesome!! Literally 30 seconds to the entrance! The rental property was comfortable. And we would stay again!Thank you, John!

We had a wonderful stay at John's Surf City rental. John and Ellen were charming, friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome. We had a great first impression because of their prompt and pleasant answers to our questions before renting, but they were even nicer in person!
We were there to visit with family from all over the country for the week of July 4th, and the location was fabulous -- close to the Causeway, just three doors from a gorgeous and uncrowded beach, and easy walking distance from coffee and bagel shops, restaurants and ice cream. (Close-by restaurant recommendation: LBI Kitchen)
The house was immaculately clean, with two very comfortable queen-size beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the convenience of the spacious outdoor shower, appreciated the washer and dryer, and enjoyed spending time on the comfy and breezy front porch.We'd love to stay here again.
