About this house rental
This is unit 1 of a newly remodeled duplex (see VRBO listing # 1087263) with new sheet rock, new paint, new ac/heat units in all rooms. It has 2 bed rooms the master bed room has a queen size bed, it has a open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room (new set large table w/6 chairs). The couch is new as is all of the furniture in this unit, with new Maytag stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dish washer. The 2nd bed room has a bunk with a full bed or can be used as a 2nd couch. You must bring you own linens, there are plenty of new pillows. It is 1-1/2 blocks from the ocean the corners have lights, it has a large deck with a patio set, umbrella and 4 chairs. It is walking distance to the bay where there is a park for children, fishing, kayaking, views of boaters and evening sunset views. why not bring your boat Ship Bottom has its own boat launching a few block away. This place was perfect for us, walking distance from the beach, shopping, and a few restaurants. The host was easy to contact and the listing was 100% accurate! I would recommend it and definitely would stay there again!

Great spot, close to everything and a quick walk/bike to the beach. Only drawbacks would be that some windows are lacking screens (esp if you’re bringing little ones) and the tenants downstairs could be a little noisy. Overall a great experience and would rent again.

The place was clean. Smaller than we thought. The second bed was very poor. We had to go out and get a topper. The adult could not sleep on it comfortably. Very limited amenities. Not even a sponge. No cutting board. No colander. A place for a couple only! We won’t say here again.
