The cleanliness. The beautiful beach. The well maintained pool. We were 4 couples and all of us were very well satisfied with our Oceanfront King rooms. The restaurant AROMA is well worth it. Food and service excellent.

This find is a gem. Great location, quiet, beautiful view, right on the ocean. I really hate to rave about it because I want it to stay a hidden gem. The cleaning staff was great. The restaurant was very good. It was very convenient to have it stay open all day. Great breakfast that was included, bottled water at disposal and the dinner was phenomenal. You could also walk to a lot of great local restaurants.

Be prepared for very strong winds...that's why kite surfing is big here!

The location is excellent; it is situated right on the beach, and the ocean is visible from most of the rooms. The village is incredibly relaxed and helps you decelerate immediately. Additionally, the hotel offers direct access to the beach.

We ended our stay two days early as the property was not well-managed and left without any reimbursement. Management was unwilling to listen to feedback, choosing instead to be dismissive. The only time we actually saw management was, when we were about to leave, which is never a positive sign. Fortunately, the booking platform was very helpful in trying to resolve the situation. It is disappointing because the location is prime, yet the entire property appears neglected. The windows were unwashed, and the pool was not clean. Management claimed the warm water caused the cloudiness, and later blamed a storm that occured during our stay, but the pool was already in poor condition when we arrived. Several other issues stood out: - Maintenance: Many fixtures were rusty, including the keys, which were difficult to use. In the shower, stones were missing, and the curtains did not function properly. - Hygiene: There was mold on the sunbed cushions, and empty bottles were left in common areas for three days. - Atmosphere: The restaurant lacks a distinct vibe, and the breakfast offering was mediocre. - Staff: While the team members were not unfriendly, they clearly lacked proper guidance and oversight. A significant storm during our stay further revealed that the doors and windows were in poor condition. Ultimately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we left with a distinct sense of discomfort.
