The location was very good, close to the beach and the cleaning staf did very good work, it was very clean every day.

The walls are very thin, so every night there was a lot of noise. We heard people on the street, from the other rooms and someone at the reception was watching a movie (we had the room next to the reception). There was only WiFi at the reception, not in the room. If you want to book a trip, it’s better to do this in the center and not at the hotel because it is a lot more expensive for the same trip, I would say be careful for tourist traps.

The hotel is perfectly located a short walk to the centre of holbox. There is also a quieter beach right at the end of the street with a small beach bar. Staff were great and had beach towels and recommendations ready when I arrived. They also helped organise a taxi to the port for me when I left. Great experience

Only small thing is wifi only works in the hotel lobby - this is similar to the rest of holbox so not something that you should let put you off - 4G also works across the island so not a problem for me

Experienced a couple of times blackout in our room, and the receptionist said she can’t do anything about it. She offered to move us to a new room the next day which never happened. We requested for a taxi to be booked early in the morning so we can catch a ferry, the receptionist did not booked any taxi. The room was for 4 but the accessories were only for 2, when we asked for the missing ones the receptionist said they do not have enough anymore and can’t give me any. Wifi is available only by the lobby area and a common area in the first floor right above the lobby. No wifi available at all in the rooms.
