The hotel is very nicely decorated and claims to represent a high-level hotel with good service. In practice, we were given a room with three air conditioner motors directed at the room and we couldn't sleep. When we went to reception, they simply gave us earplugs or suggested that we upgrade the room at our own expense at an exorbitant price (when we asked if there were people who complained about the room - they said yes - and they still didn't think to do anything about it). There were problems in the room that took a while to be addressed and with a lack of interest. Beyond that, the beach is very disappointing (not at all like in the pictures). The hotel is located far from the city. We hoped that it would give a feeling of "remoteness" and disconnection from the hustle and bustle (we like quiet), but in reality, what it gave were unreasonable prices for the hotel's restaurant with very unhelpful and unkind staff. We were looking for a unique experience and we were left with a bad taste, which is quite a shame because the design has great potential. Of course, we won't be back again.

Hotel is really beautiful, nice amenities, food is good and staff is friendly.
They however charged us twice for a meal and refused to admit it even though they were not able to provide a receipt (either signed or not). Despite « confirming the charge » via email (again with no proof at all), they did say they would reimburse but they actually never did and just stopped responding to emails…not much money in comparison to the whole bill but it really left us with a bad taste. It’s a shame.
