The hotel is located on the beach, 15-20 minute walk from the center. The room was spacious with a terrace and there was a pool in the middle of the beach. The room was equipped with a safe, fan and AC. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a quiet area. Restaurants, Supermarkt and ATM were just 2 minute walk.
Room amenities could be better like a body lotion.

Hotel Boutique La Puerta Azul Beachfront is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. My client, Lori, had some mobility challenges, and the team provided a concierge service to escort her to and from the restaurant, which was very thoughtful. Our room was perfectly set with a comfortable bed and ideal temperature, ensuring a restful stay. The team responds quickly and accommodates all requests. I highly recommend Hotel Boutique La Puerta Azul Beachfront for an unforgettable stay in Holbox!
