IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT.
Family apartment full of history and charm of 68 m2 and with a private garden of 40 m2 11 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The apartment has views of the beach from the living room consisting of two sofa beds of 140x200, television, DVD, dining room and private garden with table and chairs for 8 people, barbecue and chaise-lounges. The house has three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where there is a pediment and a ping-pong that you can use for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 1 car in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, you can bring your own or rent them: price for a double sheet set: 15 euros, price for a single sheet set: 8 euros, price for towels set: 4 euros you can also do the final cleaning or request the final cleaning service that will have an additional charge of 65 euros.
You have in the apartment 1 split inverter air conditioning with hot and cold air, 2 portable gas heaters and 3 fans that you can use freely.

Nous connaissions et apprécions déjà La Fosca. Le logement a un très bon emplacement par rapport à la plage, parties communes très bien aménagées et douches et sanitaires collectifs toujours très propre. Hôte très disponible et réactive à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons. Merci Camilla.

Excellent séjour à La Fosca. La proximité de la plage, la vue sur mer, l'espace collectif bien aménagé et sécurisé, ainsi que la qualité de l' accueil sont les atouts majeurs de cette location. C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons dans ce lieu, si l'occasion se présente.

Perfecto para tranquilidad en estas fechas. Paseos por la playa y si tienes bici buen sitio para efectuar tus rutas.

L appartement est très bien équipé et situé en face de la tres bellle plage de la fosca,à quelques mètres seulement.La vue est magnifique de la fenêtre .La résidence est sécurisée et située dans un parc boisé frais ,avec des jeux pour les enfants et des aires de sport et de repos.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueillis.
