IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 4 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM.
Family house full of history and charm 30 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The house has 90 m2 with a very spacious living and dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed of 150x190, a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, two 90x190 beds, a bathroom in addition to an outdoor shower with hot water in your private garden that you can use when you return from the beach, a private garden of 150 m2 with table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers and barbecue. A garden of 3,500 m2 shared with 12 families with 6 outdoor showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms, a pediment and a ping-pong that can be used freely in the house you will find rackets and balls. It also has a small forest with hammocks, punching bag and basketball baskets.
On the property you can park two cars. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath, you can ask for it in advance and you will have it at home for free. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets. You can bring them or rent them. Rental price: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: 1 medium and 1 large: 4 euros. The house must be delivered clean, you can do the final cleaning or request the service that will have an additional cost of 80 euros. The house has 3 portable gas heaters and 3 fans that you can use freely.

Thank you very much for this wonderful home. With our 2 year old son and the included private backyard with direct access to the beach and outdoor shower had us nearly every day outside. We really are looking forward for another visit.

L'accueil de Camilla et sa gentillesse sont exceptionnels !
Le lieu est très agréable avec ses espaces jeux, sa végétation
et la proximité de la magnifique plage de la Fosca.

Es un apartamento de capacidad para 6 personas, o como máximo 8, ya que tiene un solo baño.
Tuvimos algún percance quizás debido a la antigüedad del complejo, pero se solucionó pronto y la atención que recibimos de la Sra. Camila Corominas fue excelente.
El jardín y las instalaciones que acoje són idóneas, y el entorno arquitectónico es muy poético: precioso con todas las letras.
