IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 OUTDOOR SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT.
Family apartment full of history and charm of 150 m2 with sea views from the living room, dining room and terrace, 11 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Fosca. Living room with two sofa beds 140x190, television, DVD, dining room for 6 people and terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a bathroom, kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a second fridge and views of the shared garden. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve houses where tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wall of tennis and a ping-pong table can be used for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels that you can bring them or rent them: prices: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: a medium and a large: 4 euros. You can do the final cleaning or request it with an additional cost of 75 euros.
In the apartment you have 1 split inverter air conditioning with hot and cold air, 3 portable gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use freely.

Our stay was wonderfull. We have been there for 2 weeks in August with 11 persons and had such a good time. Camilla and her stuff is so friendly. If there was a problem, for example the coffee machine did not work, we got a new one only a few minutes later. The showers and toilets outside in the garden are very clean. The view is very a nice and we enjoyed every minute. We will come back again.

Stayed 4 days in May 2017 and we loved it. Lots of room for a family of 6. House is just like the pictures. Incredible views right from front windows overlooking the bay. House is only a few feet from the beach. Beach was great with clean sand and blue-green clear water. Great for swimming and shell collecting. Nice walks both directions for miles with scenic views and places to sit and enjoy the view. Palamos only a few minutes walk away. Several good bars and restaurants right on the beach.House is comfortable and breeze flows through nicely. Only improvements we'd recommend is a better shower curtain set up so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor, and maybe an upgraded stove. Minor details that did not affect our overall positive experience.Camila and John were very welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back again.
