IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 2 BATHROOMS.
This house has 90 m2 and 65 m2 of private fenced garden surrounding the house.
The house has high ceilings and many windows. It has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that you can use when you return from the beach. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin, the dining room for 9 people, living room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. There is also on the first floor a bathroom with bathtub with shower, toilet, hand basin and bidet. You can park 3 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The house is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, you can rent them or bring them yourself. The house must be returned clean you can do the final cleaning yourself or request the service at an additional cost.

There is also a shared garden of 3,500 m2 where there are 6 showers with hot water and 4 toilets, a pediment and a ping-pong you can play the pediment and ping-pong for free you will find the rackets and balls in the house. In the shared garden there is also a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag that you can use. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. The house is delivered without sheets or towels can bring yours or rent the bed linen: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: one large and one medium: 4 euros and clean. What an amazing time we all had. The house has a private garden and patio. It is well equipped and beds very comfortable. We all adored the outdoor shower. The beach was on our doorstep and idyllic early morning and late evening. The sea was so warm. Camilla was delightful. A perfect hostess.
