This house for 9 people is rented in l’Escala. It is 15 minutes walk (1.4 km) to Riells beach, restaurants and supermarket.
The Montgri Natural Park is 100 meters away and the historic center of l’Escala is 3 km away.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a completely fenced garden with private pool (6 x 3 m and 1.10 - 1.60 m deep), dining table outside with barbecue and sun loungers .
The living room has air conditioning, TV with French channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.
This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) each, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a bedroom with a high bed (135 cm) and a sofa bed for one person (120 cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There are 3 bathrooms in this accommodation: one with a bathtub and 2 with a shower.
The accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with tweezers and private parking for one car. Pets are allowed (at an additional cost).
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Een mooi ruim huis. Elke slaapkamer heeft een aparte goed werkende airco en goede bedden/ matrassen. De lakens en handdoeken waren ruim voldoende aanwezig en van goede kwaliteit.
Binnen ruim en sober maar netjes gemeubeld. De buitenruimte is zeer ruim met een fantastisch zwembad dat om de drie dagen werd gestofzuigd en gecontroleerd. Dus altijd helder en proper water. Kleine maar functionele keuken.
Hebben bijna altijd op het terras/ buiten gezeten , zeer grote tafel met voldoende stoelen. Ook voor alle gasten een zonnebed rond het zwembad,
Hadden klein mankementje met electriciteit in de keuken binnen het uur was dit opgelost( op een zondag). Communicatie via whatsapp is top!
Super vakantie gehad in een super huis.
Misschien een setje wijnglazen voor alle gasten zou tof geweest zijn.
De koelkast werkt perfect maar is klein wanneer je er effectief met 8 gasten verblijft.
Ook al zijn de mensen die het zwembad onderhouden heel vriendelijk ze komen steed onaangekondigd binnen., kunnen ook niet bellen want er is geen bel aan de poort. Hadden hond bij dus niet ideaal.

Everything was nice and tidy, and the company that hosted us were service-minded and replied quickly to messages. The town of L'Escala was nice, although since we rented in late September it was quite empty and quiet. A nice day trip that we did was to visit the Montgrí Castle some 20 minutes by car from L'Escala - stunning panoramic views from a medieval castle! Definitely worth a visit. In summary it was a nice house, it fitted our party of 9 comfortably (you have to share the beds though) and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Just a couple of notes: - Only cold water in the showers - The WiFi-connection didn't work very well

L’accueil par Paula était parfait, aimable, professionnel et le petit sac d’accueil, très sympathique.
L’emplacement du logement pour des promeneurs est super, près du parc naturel.
Aussi très bien d’avoir des volets pour la sécurité.
La propreté n’était pas top. Le volet exterieur était cassé, des poignées de portes qui étaient pas fixées, les supports des pommeaux de douche était pas fixé au mûrs, les portes coulissantes du living se fermait pas bien. Le fauteuil blanc et les chaises de la salle a manger était à remplacer.
