About this house rental
The apartment is on the ground floor of an old mill of 500. The house has a large land bordering a stream, swimming in some points, and the mediteranea wood stain. The mill is located a few kilometers from the city center and the sea (8 km).
The apartment has two entrances with its gardens for guests. Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds and another pull-out single. Large living room with large fireplace in Tuscan style. The living room is divided into two parts with two sofas and four armchairs. In one of these two parties it is possible to have a sofa bed for two people. Large eat-in kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The house is a small farm with animals, two dogs, four cats, rabbits free in a large enclosure, chickens, pigeons, ducks and a vegetable garden cultivated in the most natural way possible. Two dogs
From the property in a few minutes walk up the hill you have a beautiful view of Livorno and the sea. Nearby are possible beautiful walks in the woods and there are some mountain bike trails.
All kinds of shops are no more than 4 km away. The nearest restaurant pizzeria is 3km.
The beautiful seafront of Livorno and the south coast where there is a beautiful reef with flat rocks and coves with pebble beaches can be reached within minutes by car (8.6 km).
Further to the south or to the north sandy beaches.

Wir wurden vom (Deutsch sprechenden) Vermieter und seiner Familie sehr herzlich empfangen. Die sehr großzügige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit einem hübschen, geschmackvollen Bad und zwei toskanischen Wohn- und Essbereichen hat alles geboten was eine Familie für einen harmonischen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Livorno, Pisa, Lucca, diverse Sand- und Badestrände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, als auch eine empfehlenswerte Pizzeria sind gut erreichbar.
Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.
