About this villa rental
On the coast of Tuscany , in Quercianella and a few minutes from the sea, there is Iane's house: it is a portion of a semi-detached villa , surrounded by greenery and surrounded by the large private park. The house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor we have the living room, finely furnished and with an original fireplace, the kitchen in marble and wood, two double bedrooms with the possibility of a small bed for babies and a full bathroom, with bathtub and shower closed by a crystal box. There is solar panel on the roof, and the house has water softener, which is very good and absolutely recommended to drink. The two rooms on the ground floor have mosquito nets on the windows. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for sleeping late.

The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around.
A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down.
An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally.
The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright.
All in all a great stay đź‘Ť
