About this villa rental
Semi-detached villa (the part rented is on the first floor) with 3 bedrooms (two large and one smaller), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), large living room with open kitchen and large terrace overlooking the sea. The house is furnished with family furniture but with the new purchase kitchen. The building is from 1950, subsequently restructured. A pellet stove is installed in the house so it is heated even in winter
Around a 1500 square meter park in a very quiet residential area.
The property is 300 meters from the Quercetano bay, where there are equipped beaches and free beaches. At the same distance the center of Castiglioncello where all the services are found (shops, clubs etc).
The area of Castiglioncello offers various possibilities of access to the sea, both sandy beaches and suggestive rocks with crystal clear water. It is also possible to practice various water sports (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc).
With the car or the train, almost all the many cities and cities of Tuscany can be reached in an hour or so.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a good time for young and old. The appartment is very nice, the location realy good and the village quiet but you can find everything necsessary. We can't wait to visit again.

Great host. Caring and very helpful. When there was a slight problem with the internet, he resolved it very quickly. Since the weather was rainy and cool, Giacomo suggested using a pellet stove. Communication with him was without any problems. He offered his help and we felt free to turn to him with our questions.

Waren zu sechs dort und alles hat perfekt gepasst. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, für Famien sehr zu empfehlen!

The property rooms were clean and the property is accurately described. The location is great with a small supermarket nearby and good access to paid and free beaches. Communication with the owner was good. However it is very tired inside with several items in poor condition. The kitchen is very small, a lot of the cooking and eating utensils and crockery were dirty from previous guests. Other problems were - one toilet seat slides off the basin and the other is very stiff so that the lid and seat move as one. The shower glass partition is very loose. Some cupboards have missing doors, some lights have missing bulbs. One bed was broken but this was replaced by the owner. There are no fans. The WiFi must come from downstairs and is very weak and only reaches certain rooms. The owner also apologised about the awning on the terrace that was badly torn and he made a temporary repair.
