Sara's home Cefalù

We had wonderful host and the guest room was very comfortable. There’s a full kitchen, living area and bathroom. The whole unit was very cleanly and we felt very welcomed.

Nothing to report. Everything was super walkable to where we were exploring.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to stay again. The host, Arturo, was so kind and helpful. The place itself was really well equipped and comfortable. It is also a short walk from the most beautiful bay for swimming in the sea. (Note: there are a lot of steps down to the bay and then back up after. Just to bear in mind according to your own mobility and needs!) There is no food shop very close but Gourmet Deco does delivery and there is a bus service to town (Arturo provided a timetable too!) - in case you haven't hired a car. There are also a couple of restaurants close by as well as many more about 20 minutes walk round the headland. We combined walking round the headland with cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.

The shower needs a little attention - the rain shower head was a bit leaky (but we fixed it by changing the angle so that the drips were guided to one corner!). But otherwise everything was great! Also bear in mind the tap water isn't drinkable (but Arturo did provide a six pack of 2 litre bottles and another 2l bottle to start us off and then when we had trouble getting more as one of us was feeling ill, he provided another six pack which was really kind!) (Thank you so much!)
