Balcone Giudecca is a little pearl located inside the wonderful Historical Centre of Cefalù.
Recently renovated, with a simple and modern design, Balcone Giudecca features a stunning sea view thanks to which you will have the impression of eating on a boat.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and has a living room/kitchen area with sea view balcony, double sofa bed and air conditioning (heating/cooling). Walking through an hallway, where is located the bathroom with shower, you will reach the double bedroom, featuring air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a large wardrobe.
Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

We stayed here with our family of 4. Kids shared the sofa bed. Well located near to restaurants, shops and beach. As the property is in the old town parking is a short walk away. The small balcony is perfect for breakfast looking out at the sea. Property manager was very communicative through whatsapp and we were met at the property for check in. By car you can easily go inland to Parco Avventura Madonie where the kids enjoyed ropes courses in the forest and we visited the hilltop town of Peralta Sottana.

Nice and very convenient accommodation, perfect for a couple. Beautiful view! Close enough to everything in Cefalu.

Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt: Toller Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt, relativ ruhige Lage, im Schlafzimmer absolute Stille, Einrichtung mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und wlan aber ohne deutsche Kaffeemaschine (Espresso !). Die Klimaanlage brauchten wir im Oktober nicht, da den ganzen Tag kein Sonnenstrahl in die Wohnung fiel (Nordlage), im Sommer wird man froh sein über die Schattenlage. Die Wohnung hat zwei Öffnungen: Die Wohnungstür und die Balkontür. Sie war ordentlich gesäubert, Staubreste waren aber leicht zu sehen. Unsere Entscheidung, mit dem Taxi aus Palermo anzureisen, war richtig. Die Parkplatzsuche ist kompliziert oder man parkt 500m entfernt gegen Gebühr. Aufpassen beim Taxi: Preisspanne 90-130 € ! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war insgesamt ok.

Fußläufig leicht erreichbar die Altstadt mit allen touristischen Eigenschaften, auch der Bahnhof. Empfehlenswert der Aufstieg auf die Rocca! Dank an die jungen, hilfreichen Betreuer, die sich sofort um anstehende Probleme kümmerten.
