About this house rental
This lovely house – dating back to 1700 - is located in the picturesque historical centre of Cefalù, 100 mt to the sandy beach, in a quiet side street 30 mt from the main church “il Duomo”. It’s a traditional three-storey house newly renovated in the old fashion style, and it is unique in its simplicity: stone walls, terracotta-tiled floor and raftered ceiling.
On the ground floor there is the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom; on the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunkbed; on the top floor there is the living room (with a bed-coach), a small bathroom and a lovely terrace, overlooking the sea, the old roofs and the “Rocca”, the well-famous mountain symbol of Cefalù.
It is the best for those who love enjoying lively resorts, but also – thanks to its ideal position – for those who want to relax and rest in the terrace enjoying some wine and a nice Italian meal, with a great sea-view!
All rooms have natural light, are well ventilated and look at lovely corners of the old town.
There is a washing machine, air-conditioning and fans; you’ll find everything you might need for your comfortable stay.
Not recommended to people with leg problems and loud groups.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed it. And it was the perfect location for us to explore the wonders of Cefalu The beds were very comfy and the top floor patio was a delight to have breakfast on. You couldn't find a better location. The host Milena was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to take the train from Palermo and find her place.We are planning to come back to Cefalu again and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic location 1.5 blocks from the central plaza. Melena is a wonderful host and made sure we were well prepared for the unusual traffic caused by the papal visit in Palermo. You will need strong legs for all the stairs but after our stay in cefalu, the rest of Sicily was easy!

Lovely, characterful old house. Excellent location, close to the Cathedral, café, shops and the sea. Fabulous views from the small terrace. Owner very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this property and Cefalu itself.
