Location is very good.The villa size is very large and good for relaxing .
The staffs are limited . Not much option in food. Late services.

Away from city atmosphere,perfect place for nature lovers
No proper hot water facility provided inspite of complaining saying boiler problem.This property is charging a fair amount for stay so could install electric geyser in bathroom.Depending on sun for solar boilers in climate conditions such as Ooty which is not sunny is not advisable.

The Staff was simply amazing! Cooked us fresh food and so helpful! Me and friends stayed in the 4BHK villa which had this lawn with a breathtaking view of the Tea estates. The small river passing through the area actually had the rustling river sound.
Best time ever!
Should have table fans for Summer time.
