    Had a wonderful stay in Ooty. The location is excellent, and the owners and staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. Although there was no TV in the room, and Ooty’s pleasant weather made a fan or AC unnecessary, our stay was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

    Everything was good, staff was very friendly, we stayed there for 1 day and it was good. Overall a good stay with nice view. Improvement is room and washroom can be renovate to more modern aesthetics

    However, the kitchen cleanliness was very poor. There were too many bees flying around the dining tables, which was very irritating. There was also no hot water in the rooms. After I enquired, they asked me to wait for 10 minutes, but even after an hour, hot water was still unavailable. As a result, I had to bathe using cold water in an ambient temperature of 18°C. They couldn't provide breakfast as there shef was went outside due to some reason, hence I don't say it is a Hotel.

    I loved the view from the hotel and the staff was also extremely polite, but there was a weird smell in the rooms and the flush in the washroom was also not working properly. It has both pros and cons
