    I honestly don’t understand how this property justifies charging such a high amount for even one night. For the price they charge, the service and facilities are nowhere close to acceptable. The room was poorly maintained, the bed and basic facilities were extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property felt very basic. You pay a premium price and expect at least basic cleanliness, comfort and proper hospitality — but unfortunately, none of that was delivered. The only positive thing about this place is the view. Apart from that, the food was disappointing, the service was poor, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. What was even more shocking was the attitude of the staff. At one point, we were basically told that they would be sold out anyway, so they didn’t really care about providing service to us. If this is the attitude towards paying guests, then why are you even running a hotel? Being sold out should never be an excuse to treat guests badly. Hospitality is about service, cleanliness and respect — not simply taking money because you know rooms will sell. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Extremely overpriced, poor service, poor maintenance and an unacceptable attitude from the staff. The view is the only thing worth mentioning. I would definitely not recommend this property.
