    I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Hot water was available only during limited hours, and if you need a room heater, there is an additional charge of ₹1,500, which was disappointing considering the room tariff. The breakfast was also below expectations. It was not a buffet; only limited items such as idli, dosa, and tea/coffee were served, with very few options. The hotel is located in the new city area, which is fine, but parking space is very limited and can be inconvenient if you are travelling by car. The staff was courteous, but overall, considering the price, I expected better comfort, amenities, and breakfast. I would recommend checking other options before booking, especially if you’re travelling with family or by car.
