    Very disappointed with our stay. We booked a Deluxe Room, but the room we were given was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos shown on Agoda. It felt like a much cheaper room than what we had paid for. The room was not cleaned properly and was full of flies. The bedsheets appeared unwashed, making the room feel unhygienic. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, and other amenities were not provided. When we raised our concerns, instead of offering a proper solution, we were told to check another hotel. We also inquired about Tulips Village, where we were asked to pay an additional ₹500 for a better room, even though we had already booked a Deluxe Room. The only positive aspect of this property is its beautiful location with a lovely valley view. Unfortunately, the room quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations and completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this property. The room we received did not match the description or photos on Agoda, so book with caution.

    The room looking old and the curtains in the room are broken. As the room have more glass, the privacy should have given more importance. The price of room suddenly changed from 3k to 6k in one day at off season too. The road to that hotel also so dangerous and steep down.

    Initially before booking they showed rooms with valley view . After arrival they allotted rooms at the backside. No valley view. Rooms with no ventilation. Costly food. Disappointed
