Great position, close to baths and within walking distance of many amenities. Unit had a spacious living area, well-resourced kitchen and 2 double beds (hard to find) as well as garage space.

Unfortunately, no ceiling fans or air conditioning - OK when there's a sea breeze but not when it's heavily humid. Oh, and a LOT of stairs to climb!

The location of this property was beyond amazing. What more could you want when in Forster. This staff were very friendly.

It’s unfortunate how outdated the inside of this property is. Rusted bar stoles, rusted out door seating, rusted fans and rusted clothes horse that left orange marks on my clothes :(. The furniture is in need of some love. Kmart has great pieces nowadays at low price that would really help elevate this unit. It doesn’t take much effort to spruce up such an ideal place.

We were annoyed to be greeted by a large amount of stairs. No mention in description at all and no lifts. The cost of the property with no linen, no toilet paper, no aircon, broken bin (cheap to replace), no towels was way to much. Rusty clothes airer and rusty fans Over $240 per night for that is disgusting and too much!!! MOULD!! bathroom ceiling was moldy.. very unhealthy. the cleaner was lovely when we saw her but wow, the place is not clean. Floor had been mopped and vac in the middle, nothing moved or mop properly, the light vent in the second toilet is full of dust and fire hazard. Furniture was covered in marks and looked dirty. God knows what the marks were. On arrival the place smells dusty and old. Nothing a good clean and air freshener would fix. The blankets that are there clearly aren’t cleaned before the next people come through. Smelt dirty. I have lots of photos if you want more!
