No door mats to wipe your feet on at front door or sliding door. No scissors, no sharp knifes to chop with, the plates we all chipped and small. The lights in the lounge area did not work, in the main bedroom the wardrobe door wouldn’t slide and when I got it to move slightly as I needed the fan remote it fell off in my hands. The mirror in the bathroom is way to high! I need a foot stool to stand on to do my hair and makeup. The stove top was small which made it hard too cook with a large pan. There was no dishwashing detergent to wash up with, but there were dishwashing tablets even though there is no dishwasher.

Weather was cold windy and raining. The Heater wasn't powerful enough to heat anything. So was cold inside.

Nice and clean and spacious , good bed and comfortable lounge etc. Good cooking facilities.

This was on the fourth floor with only inside stairway access. Difficult to transfer luggage up stairs and take down on leaving. This unit would not be suitable to anyone disabled or with aging problems. Inside stairway area badly ventilated and stuffy - windows completely closed. Parking area would not be suitable for large vehicles or many drivers. Was informed property did not have Wi-Fi however it also did not have air conditioning so glad it wasn't middle of summer.
