That our power had tripped in the kitchen while trying to cook breakfast. Which ruined it

COMMUNICATION the text updates, phonecalls to property, and 'key man drop off' were all really pleasant, and obliging at requests - people skills Awesome Thankyou !!!! this makes for a good prelude to a good holiday ! and makes for return visits - if you give the place some love !
CLEANLINESS -unfortunately was not great...sit on the ensuite bathroom and look up ! the lounge was full of sand,the plates and most of the cutlery had bits of food on - nothing that a wash couldnt fix - But really?
Windows could hardly be opened - considering there was NO AIRCONDITIONING ??! ..Lack of powerpoints in rooms to use the TIRED fans c'mon guys)...
In Need of some little TLC ,or a big upgrade , which it sounds like you are working on
