Great view. The property was clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils. We had a great stay.

The pool gate was locked with a chain so even though it was advertised with a pool it was unavailable to use. No hair dryer. No air conditioning.

Location

Cleanliness, no aircon or fans, oven not usable, bedroom blind broken (overall small attention to detail needed with maintenance and cleaning to continue charging premium prices)

Amazing location and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home.

The blinds in the bedrooms and dining room are missing strips so they need to be fixed/replaced. The main bed is a little hard.

Location was great close to beach, shops and restaurants. the Apartment provided all the basics including good Wi-Fi.

The apartment was not really clean; there was sand and dust on the balconies and in the common areas. The windows were not clean, the oven had something stuck to the bottom that sent a burnt smell when used - we cleaned it up and the oven worked OK after that. There is no air-conditioning, so you rely entirely on natural airflow but there are no flyscreens, and the blinds are old and damaged, so you get the fly's and mossies' and then the early morning sunrise wake-up call. Overall, the apartment is in an old building that is tired so needs good maintenance and up-keep which is lacking.
