The location is perfect. Sitting on the balcony watching the whales and dolphins was my favourite activity. A very short walk to the beach, cafe’s etc allowed us to leave the car parked for the majority of our stay!
Nothing, we would stay again!
However, no a/c could make for hot nights in summer if there is no breeze!

great location, lounges & beds were comfortable ,abundance of linen & pillows .
The plumbing noise was very noisy .Was dust on window sills ,lounge had food crumbs under cushions .

Location was first class, Level 5 facing beach. On the beach and walk to town centre. No supermarket near by. Property was generally comfortable and safe. Unit required some maintenance and some issues to be resolved. This property is all about location which is excellent.
Little things were wanting such as;
- 150mm piece out of concrete wall in dining room
- Fridge looked as though it had been beaten with a cricket ball.
- Shower tap continually dripping.
- Shower floor drain blocked and i was required to clear flow.
- Shower and bathroom is ridiculously small.
- Bag of previous occupants dirty laundry left in unit and not cleared even after reporting.
- Hall garbage chute had no cover so smell could escape.
