Casa Bella is a beautiful, well maintained 3 bed detached Villa with Air conditioning and its own private 8 x 4m pool in a delightful setting on the outskirts of the village of Lliber, set in the heart of the beautiful Northern Costa Blanca Region of Spain.
This traditional turreted villa has it's accommodation on two levels.
The accommodation comprises: lounge and dinning area, fully fitted kitchen, naya, large shower room and two good sized bedrooms downstairs, whilst upstairs there is a large bedroom, family bathroom with shower and outside solarium, just right for that morning coffee.
The outside space offers plenty of options for eating, relaxing, sunbathing or if needs be some shade.
The property has plenty off road parking, a lovely pool area, ample terracing with BBQ. We reckon you will love the outlook.
The property is located in North Costa Blanca and within the Jalon Valley area, renowned for it's beauty all year round. The area is suitable to all group types from those looking for a family holiday, getting on a bike or discovering all the walking trails, this beautiful area will mesmerize you.
Lliber village is very charming's and has all the normal local amenities you would expect to find, it has bars, restaurants and local shops and is just a 2 minute drive from the town of Jalon with a wider choice of places to eat and drink as well as local shops and supermarkets.
This beautiful villa is an ideal base for a holiday in the Northern Costa Blanca being just over and hour´s drive from each of Alicante and Valencia airports and just 20 minutes away from the wonderful coastal resorts of Calpe, Denia, Javea and Moraira with their lovely beaches, bars, restaurants and other attractions.

Amazing villa and surroundings that makes for a truly relaxing holiday. The villa has everything you need with various resting areas if you need shade or soak in the sun around the inviting pool. The villa is well maintained and has great wifi coverage and just. A short trip away from the local supermarkets. Communication with the owners has been easy and arrangements were Straightforward. 10/10 from us

We had an amazing 2 week stay at Casa Bella. The villa far exceeded our expectations, the photos on the website don’t really do it justice. It was immaculately clean inside & out & very well equipped. It is in a good location for beaches & restaurants, highly recommend Val de Pop just up the road. We had good & prompt communications with Frank the owner while there. Will hopefully return.
