Private villa with a heated pool, a joyful and peaceful retreat, and fantastic views

We still often wonder how we ever ended up in this beautiful spot as we enjoy the peace and quiet, the surroundings, and the stunning view in the morning.
For the past two years, it has featured a luxurious heated pool, which extends the season so you can enjoy the warm water in the spring and fall—this is highly recommended.
A wonderful place to relax, yet close to all amenities, beautiful nature, various hiking trails, a supermarket, restaurants, and a fantastic large shopping center just 1.5 km away.
Less than 4 km away is the beautiful La Sella Golf Resort with several 18-hole courses—a must-visit for golf enthusiasts.
The distances to the beach and the sea average 7 km to Javea and 9 km to Denia, where there is a 9-km-long sandy beach that’s excellent for children, with gentle waves and a gentle slope into deep water.
During the summer, there are several beachside eateries right on the beach, offering sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.
During the winter months, the regular beachside restaurants are always open.
Denia is one of the few beaches where dogs are allowed even during the off-season, and there is also a separate dog beach during the summer months.
Even on days spent relaxing at home by the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor BBQ, it’s a wonderful place to unwind. Our pool is bathed in sunlight all day long, from sunrise to sunset, and the various terraces offer plenty of space and spots to find some shade.
The authentic Spanish villages and the nearby hiking trails—in short, a fantastic place to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
Our villa features 3 lovely bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning.
One large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and toilet; the other bedrooms are adjacent to the second bathroom with a toilet.
The house stays fairly cool in the summer, and in the winter there’s plenty of heating to keep you nice and warm—including a fireplace, a central heating stove, and the air conditioners set to heat mode.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, electric stovetop, and coffee maker—among many other amenities too numerous to list.
We’ve put a lot of care into setting this up and hope that, just like us, you’ll enjoy and appreciate this beautiful spot in a wonderful setting.
