About this villa rental
Beautifully furnished villa in a quiet location (1000m2 complete privacy) with view of the valley and the mountains. Driveway with carport and space for 3 cars. By car 5 minutes from the center of the idyllic Jalon - Xaló. In Jalon you will find several cozy bistros, restaurants and terraces. Every Saturday morning in Jalon de Rastro takes place; a well-known antique / flea market where people come from far and wide. The house is centrally located on the Costa Blanca in the Jalonvallei, with several nice villages in the vicinity. Furthermore, 20 to 30 minutes (by car) from numerous seaside resorts such as Calpe, Dénia, Moiraira, Javéa, ... Halfway between Valencia and Alicante. Perfect location for hikers and cyclists, golf courses in the vicinity. The house is divided into 2 apartments, the apartments are never rented to different people at the same time. The upstairs apartment (6 persons) is equipped with a spacious living room, spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen equipment, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds that can be placed together, a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. The downstairs apartment (4 persons) also has a spacious cozy living room and spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen equipment. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and is equipped with a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
