This unique 4,000 sq. ft. beach-front condo is the height of luxury and in the middle of everything in Gulf Shores. Commanding an entire upper floor of the beautiful Oceania Condo tower in Gulf Shores, there’s plenty of space and privacy for friends and family, with a private bathroom and balcony for each of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms feature FIVE king size beds, with the West guest bedroom having TWO kings and the East guest bedroom having a sofa sleeper in addition to the King bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. SLEEPS 14!
You’ll enjoy breathtaking views from floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can watch dolphins frolicking in the Gulf or fish jumping in the adjacent lagoon. Inside, take a break from eating at all the great local seafood restaurants and prepare a meal in the spacious gourmet kitchen. Have a party or mix a cocktail at the wet bar for a relaxing evening just enjoying the views.
* The condo includes two parking spaces.
* Security is paramount, with video cameras in all common areas and building entrance accessible only through a card key.
* The only elevator stops at your floor are for you, your family and guests! Property amenities include indoor/outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sun deck.
Oceania is located less than a mile from the famous Hangout, souvenir shops and dozens of great dining choices. Pier 33 convenience store is located directly across the street. This condo will make the perfect family vacation small or large!

Such a great location! Loved the beach access and our spot was less populated so that was great. The room with the double beds does not have a thermostat and got very hot during the day (like 80) and they were supposed to send maintenance and never did. Also the elevator broke one day and we were not notified and almost got locked out of our condo because of you don’t have someone inside to let you back in you can’t even use the stairs to go anywhere. That’s the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. There is no keurig, just a coffee pot so keep that in mind. Also the parking is tight and it’s 30 a day to part across the street for a 3rd vehicle. Still a great experience and we would come again!

There was so much everyone had their on space to relax and the condo everything you needed on a vacation. On the down side it only was able to have two cars and the parking across the street changed 50.00 a day for parking my 3rd car and would have had a little pantry space for our good and snacks

This condo was perfect for multiple families. It’s so spacious that everyone has plenty of space and privacy! The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the balcony, and the patio furniture! This unit was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Property could use improvements . Outdoor furniture, on all decks . Bulbs out , We also had pest control to just get off elevator and walk right in on us. Two days later maintenance did the same thing and then exclaimed they should have went to 10 instead of 9 so we were very uneasy after that as to the security as this was absolutely unacceptable!!!! We had stayed in 11 in October of 24 and had no problems so we had no idea this was an issue . There is no way to lock for privacy and only one the people from one floor should be allowed in elevator at a time ,, also no one whether it’s pest control or maintenance should come without notification! This really made us uneasy the entire time so relaxing was not possible. Please exchange the pillows, they are very dirty some with blood stains. This is a gorgeous place with a gorgeous view and should not be spoiled by these things ! Thank you
