About this villa rental
The house is inside a distinct and peaceful summer village (with guardian) located 22 km from Cagliari and 22 km from Villasimius.
It is an independent villa surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from the beach which can be reached by crossing a thick eucalyptus forest.
It can accommodate up to 5 people, it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each.
It has double entrance, 2 large verandas, large garden on three sides with lawn and high vegetation that guarantees the right privacy, air conditioning, wi-fi, barbecue, washing machine, 32-inch LCD TV, SKY satellite decoder (without card), digital decoder terrestrial, outdoor shower, parking space and other comforts.
(with internal perimeter alarm system).
Perfect for families and couples. Not suitable for groups of friends !!

We Sprint our Holidayweek in this beautiful and very well equiped house in Geremeas. We highly recommend it, because we had everything we needed. The pictures Show a Lot of the house, But if you Are there in life its more Impressive and beautiful. The Host is also very very Kind and sympathic! We give to everything 5 Stars :) Perfect Holidays in Sardegnia

Ein Paradies für Kinder: Garten umzäunt, Brunnen mit Fischen, Viele Spiele für Draussen, Strand und Brettspiele für drinnen, Hollywoodschaukel, Hängematte, kleiner Kletterbaum, Kinderbücher. Neue Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank alles tiptop neu und sauber. Geräusche: In der Nacht lieber das Fenster zu , weil die Bewässerungsanlage im Garten ziemlich rasselt. Dafür ist die Klimaanlage zuverlässig und leise. Unser Host war grosszügig, stets Hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Der Strand war sehr schön, mit den Fahrrädern schnell erreichbar. Im Bad: Erste-Hilfe Koffer, Phön, Seife. Highlight: Dusche mit Radio und verstellbaren Düsen. War cool!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus von Amiscora sehr gut gefallen.
Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Es gibt vor und hinter dem Haus viel Platz zum Spielen. Spielzeuge für den Strand und diverse Brettspiele sind vorhanden. Für den Strand gibt es ausserdem noch 2 Plastikstühle und einen Sonnenschirm. Auch können Fahrräder für den kurzen Weg (zu Fuss ca. 10 min) an den Strand benützt werden.
Das Haus befindet sich ein einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung. Durch die hohen Hecken rund ums Haus ist die Privatsphäre vollständig gewährleistet.
Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gerne Auskunft und machen Vorschläge für Ausflüge.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Supermarkt und Restaurants in Gehdistanz gibt. Wir sind dafür jeweils nach Torre Delle Stelle bzw. Villasimius gefahren.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette location. Située dans un environnement très calme et très proche de la mer accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Le logement est propre, dispose de toutes les commodités attendu par un couple seul ou avec enfant. Le loueur est très sympathique, disponible et dispense ses conseils de visites, plages, restaurants pour passer de bon moment. N'hésitez pas à suivre ses conseils, nous n'avons jamais été déçu.
Nous recommandons cette location.
