About this house rental
The house is located in the tourist village of Kal'e Moru, elegant residence, built along the beach of Geremeas, the village is very pleasant and there are trees and flowers.
The beautiful white sand beach, visible in photographs, is about a mile long. The house has views over the beach which is just 100 meters away. The house is on two levels: the ground floor there is a large patio overlooking the sea, a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, one double room, a veranda overlooking the beach, a room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the back there is a small garden with lawn, outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue.
The house has a wall safe.
On the beach, 150 meters from the house there is a kiosk - bar where you can rent umbrellas, pedal boats, canoes, rafts, and you can eat sandwiches and fast food.
At 300 meters from the house there is a small well stocked market, where among other fruits and vegetables, and excellent local cheeses and pizzas takeaway or home delivery. Open from June to September.
Next to the market is a bar.

We very much enjoyed our 2-week-stay. The house was well equipped, in very good condition and super close to the beach. The view from the terrace and the balcony are magnificent.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa which had all the things we needed to make it comfortable. Mario graciously provided us with a tray of delicious baked goods and wine when we first arrived. We loved the location, close to the beach and the authentic surroundings which made you feel like a local and not a tourist.

Very nice place to chill near the beach. It is terraced, a bit dependent on the neighbours, but most ours were fine.

From the start when Mario showed us round his villa (Mario - grazie mille per le dolci di Sardi!) through to leaving with tans and sand between our toes, we had the perfect beachside holiday.The photos of Marios villa are only part of the story and going there just shows how much more there is to it. The beach is very much only 100 metres away and is super. We went in mid September so we felt we had the hamlet of Geremeas to ourselves which we loved. The scent of jasmine is there when you have your morning coffee on the terrace outside and again in the evening as you eat wonderful Sardinian produce. Bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers are everywhere which make you feel as though you are somewhere tropical.We found that a car was necessary to get around (there is a mini market in Geremeas for basics right next to the great trattoria which provided super morning coffee and evening aperitifs - there are huge Carrefours and Conads around 30-40 mins away either to Villasimius or Cagliari) and there is ample car parking around 50 metres from the villa. The villa is immaculate and entirely charming - you have everything you need for a beach holiday (a huge fridge, gas hob, electric oven, outside washing machine, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms, living/dining area and day dawdling terraces upstairs and on the ground floor (I lost hours reading and watching the view - seeing the sun rise in the morning was addictive viewing).Thank you to Mario for a super stay - we enjoyed every moment!
