About this villa rental
Just a few minutes' drive from Cefalù (3 km), located at the Baia di Mazzaforno, is our facility.
It is located within the "Baia dei 7 Emiri" Residence, which provides multiple services:
- Concierge service, with access and exit control;
- Two swimming pools, one of which is semi-Olympic (25m) and one 8m with lifeguard service;
- Wide avenues for strolling;
- Playground;
- Residential car park;
- Recycling service.
Our facility is divided into three floors:
- On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living room, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room;
- On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom;
- On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
At our house you will find a total of:
-5 double bedrooms, with the possible addition of two cots. All rooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes and TV.
-5 Bathrooms, 4 of which are in the room and 1 is near the kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and essential toiletries.
-A lounge, which is equipped with two sofas.
-Outdoor barbeque, which is equipped with gas cooker, barbeque and sink.
-2 Outdoor showers
-Outdoor garden, which is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs.
The property is located:
- 150m from the sea (5min on foot)
- 100m from the residential swimming pool (5min walk)
- 100m from the residential car park (3min walk)
- 50m from the playground (2min walk)
Our guests can access the residence and the facility at any time.
Guests have free access to the beach, the playground and the private, residential car park at any time.
The residential swimming pool will be open from 1 July to 15 September:
- In the morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m;
- In the afternoon, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
WARNING*: the swimming pool is residential, i.e. shared with people living at the Residence.
It will be open from 1 July to 15 September and is the property of the Residence, which is responsible for it.
For this reason, the owner is not responsible for temporary closures for possible maintenance.
Electricity is currently limited to 3 kw, so it is not possible to keep all the air conditioners on at the same time or to use the oven. However, in the event of a blackout, directions will be provided to reach the electricity meter, which is a 1min walk from the property.
Please note that the two extra places in the 2 bunk beds are not in a room, but in a hall. However, it is possible to place the extra beds in other rooms.

The host did a great job assisting with various items and the town of Cefalu is a great place to visit.

This property and the hosts served our needs well. It was very clean, close to cefalu, csmpofelice and castelbouno and a walk to the beach. Alfie and Guspeppi were very attentive hosts. Would highly recommend.

We had a loveley 10 days in this fantastic villa. Ideal for bigger groups with children. Beautiful garden, great size swimmingpool and right by the ocean. Not far to supermarkets, town center and a couple of great restaurants nearby. We would definetly like to return here one day!

First - the owner was very gracious and met us with cannoli, Prosecco and beer - and went through some of house procedures. Then he left.
As the family start d to arrive we noticed a mildew smell at the property. The coffee pot - which was supposed to serve 9 people was old and rusted and by day 5 - it broke.
The wi-if did not work properly and several of the guests needed it to conduct business for their jobs so that was frustrating
The freezer leaked into the refrigerator and the food got wet.
There was no book or written instructions explaining pool rules, trash disposal and restaurants nearby. We did not know we needed swim caps at the pool.
Loved the location and the nearby beach - home was large enough for family of nine. Cefalu is a charming town.
