Great Stay. We had a accident w/a dining room chair but, it worked out. We left a first aid kit for the next guest if needed.There was a stray dog that hung around but, did not have a tag on.We noticed the recycling as we left out by the road. We took all of our recyclables home with us.It was a great stay and look forward to booking again

The house and property were prettier than the photos. Sharon was great, and kept in communication with me about something that could have been a problem, but was handled and did not become a problem. Also when my navigator shut down, she talked me the rest of the way to the property!

Pros: nice layout, lovely shaded patios, pretty updated, sleeps a lot of people, shaded parking, shallow water for kids to play, kitchen had good amount of cookware, 2 beach chairs are provided.
Cons: not enough towels (especially in light of no access to the washer/dryer) and the ones they do have are old and worn, hardly any paper towels (2 rolls that had 1/3 left on them), no soap for shower, no cleaning supplies, hand soap so watered down that it barely did anything, microwave kept overheating and shutting off, oven timer defective went off all night and we had to finally shut off breaker, drain in bathroom sink was broken but owner offered to fix it ASAP (my husband fixed it), mattresses on king beds were very saggy and pillows hard, one bunk bead had no sheets and owner had to send someone to add them. Would’ve been nice if some kayaks, paddle boards or sand toys were available but description is clear that they are not.
